Trousers

This part of the region prevents me from exposing my unshaven extremities. To compensate the lack of taste or budget to finance my state of desperate wardrobe makeover, I stick to what is necessary - trousers. I have the basic cuts that I can wear on casual to semi-formal occasions. These staple items range from straight cut, jeggings, skinny - which I observed to be always on trend whatever season. In as much as I desire to own the latest designer collection, using what is available makes it more practical and convenient. The use of accessories, tanks and shoes makes the dressing up a statement. I understand, comfort is also a primary concern. It is important to have the proper fit in which one can move freely. Whatever the fashion point of view is, always walk with confidence and dance life as if no one is watching. =^_^=

FOODsession

Food is a love and hate affair. Love the food and eat it. Hate the food and force yourself to eat it. In the end, it's still food and you need it. Just because I have nothing more to say.

Flowers

These are some of the flowers inside the compound. It would be nice to identify the names. However, most of the species are only found in this region. This entry will be updated soon.

Afternoon walk

This was taken a week ago. I finally decided to take a walk around the compound and took random pictures along the way. I was in awe on how God sustained this place. Indeed, this is an oasis.

Living a balanced life: Sing, dance, sit with silence

Thursday, July 5, 2012

In the past two days, I have started fasting. My intentions are varied. God knows know my heart. I have been praying the same prayers all over again. But my heart is faithful to God. I am submitting to his will. I want to make peace with myself and let God take over the situation.

Make my heart be calm oh Lord and make me accept the things you have prepared for me.
I have tried doing things my own way but your will be done oh Lord.
Many are the days I have shy away from you. Yet you invited me back into you loving embrace.
Make me whole again father God and never let go of me.
Purify my heart and make me worthy. Amen
